Company: GoGuide, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
Partner: An individual or legal entity agreeing to the terms of this agreement.
The Company grants the Partner the right to promote goGuide’s digital guides and receive a commission for each sale made through the Partner’s affiliate link. Products include, but are not limited to, electronic guides for various cities and countries.
The Company:

1.Provides the Partner with advertising materials or any other information they may need and access to the affiliate’s personal account on the site with the ability to track all statistics regarding their activity.

2.Guarantees the payment of commissions in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

3.Provides support and information about products or services.
_
4.The company utilizes a 30-day cookie storage period, which ensures that the Partner is rewarded for purchases made by visitors within this period after clicking through an affiliate link.
The Partner:
_
1. Receives the right to promote products using their social media accounts and other channels.
_
2. Does not have the right to resell goGuide products bypassing the official website of the Company.
1. The Partner’s reward is 50% of the revenue from each sale.

2. The minimum amount for payouts is 50 euros.
_
3. Every time your affiliate link earnings hit 50 euros, the money will automatically go into your personal account through Payouts Sandhills Plugins or PayPal.
1. The Company provides access to the tracking system, allowing the Partner to monitor sales results.

2. Reports are provided by the Partner and the Company in accordance with agreements to their email once a month.
1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the affiliate program terms with prior notice to the Partner at least 14 days in advance.

2. This agreement may be amended or supplemented by mutual consent of the parties in written form.
This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with European Union legislation referring to the following laws:

1. Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices

2. Directive 2000/31/EC on Electronic Commerce

3. Regulation (EU) 2018/302 on addressing unjustified geo-blocking
